Loaded with fresh herbs, this delicious dip pairs well with fresh, grilled or roasted vegetables to bring out the best flavors of your favorite dishes!

I first encountered this dressing as a child when my aunt paired it with french cut sauteed asparagus (a dish I couldn’t quite appreciate!), but once she added this delectable green Goddess dressing, it quickly became a dish devoured! Traditional Green Goddess dressing and dip recipes contain anchovies and while you can certainly add them if you prefer a more traditional flavor, it’s not something our family enjoys.

You’ll Need
1/2 cup fresh dill
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
2 scallions, chopped
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Combine the dill, parsley, basil, garlic, scallions, lemon juice and salt in food processor or mason jar blender and pulse until finely ground.

As it is pulsing, slowly drizzle in olive oil and blend until mixture is smooth. If you’re using a mason jar blender, you can add the oil on Top of the fresh herbs.

Transfer to a dish and fold in the Greek yogurt, sour cream and mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving to allow the flavors to marry.

Serve with fresh, grilled or roasted vegetables, or use as an aioli and spread on sandwiches or wraps, or pair with grilled meats for a kick of flavor! Really the possibilities are endless with this versatile dip!
