Better Than Sex Fruit Salad- this is truly a fantastic fruit salad that is loaded with flavor and makes a lot- perfect for sharing at parties.
There are two versions: one with bananas and one without (see notes). This would be the perfect dish to take to your next potluck or barbecue. If you’re looking for something that will really wow people, this is it! Who doesn’t love dessert?

Better than Sex Fruit Salad

1 can(s) fruit cocktail drained (such as chunky tropical) drained, 15 oz.
1 can(s) crushed pineapple (small can, 8 oz.)
1 can(s) cherry pie filling, 21 oz.
2 bananas sliced
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz.
8 oz sour cream
2-3 cups whipped Cream

1. Mix together sweetened condensed milk and sour cream, fold in the whipped cream. you can use cool whip if you want, but i usually use the stabilized whipped cream recipe from here.
2. Add the fruit cocktail, pineapple, cherry pie filling and bananas.
3. Note: If you’re not going to be eating this within 24 hours, hold off on adding the bananas because they tend to go brown pretty fast and they don’t look very appetizing.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

• ▢ 21 oz Cherry Pie Filling
• ▢ 2 Large bananas sliced
• ▢ 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
• ▢ 8 oz sour cream
• ▢ 2 cups Whipped Cream - or Cool Whip or Stabilized Whipped Cream

Instructions 

• Mix together sweetened condensed milk and sour cream, until smooth.
• Using a spatula, add the drained fruit cocktail, drained pineapple, cherry pie filling, and sliced bananas.
• Fold in the whipped cream. (See Note)
• Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Hints

If this dish is going to set for longer than a day or two, I recommend that you use stabilized whip cream or cool whip. The stabilized whip cream will prevent the fruit salad from becoming runny/watery.

 For flavor various, use Chunky Tropical fruit in place of regular fruit cocktail. I generally use fruit cocktail in juice rather than syrup, but you can use either. Be sure to drain the fruit thoroughly.
