7-Up Biscuits Mix – the mix itself is pretty simple, you can use any quick-mix.
4 cups (7-Up Biscuit Mix aka) Bisquick Baking Mix — or All Purpose Mix
1 cup Sour Cream
6 ounces 7-Up
Blend Sour Cream & Biscuit mix in a lg bowl until crumbly. Pour in 7Up blending with a fork. Knead dough briefly on floured surface Roll or pat down & cut into biscuits.
Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees F
