I like to chop up a carrot into little pieces with a chopper and mix it into peanut butter then make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. My son thinks it is crunchy peanut butter, its a great way to get him to eat his veggies. Cube up some cheese, cheaper than purchasing cheese sticks, a cutie, a V8 fruit fusion.

Oh wow I LOVE the idea of adding carrots to peanut butter! What a great way to get them to eat more veggies! Thank you for sharing.

Here’s nana’s recipe for watermelon blueberry popsicles.

3 3/4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1-2 tablespoons sugar
    1 cup fresh blueberries

Combine the watermelon, sugar and lime juice in a blender and puree until it’s nice and smooth.

Dump the whole blueberries amongst each of 6 popsicle molds, then fill with the watermelon mixture.

Freeze 3-4 hours before attempting to remove from the molds. These are really easy to make and have great flavor on a hot summer day!
