Strawberry-Banana Jello Parfait

1 pkg strawberry banana Jello
1 cup sour cream
8 oz Cool Whip
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups fresh strawberries-hulled and sliced
2 bananas-peeled and sliced

1. Mix the Jello packet with sour cream. Add vanilla and mix well.
2.

Fold in Cool Whip. Layer fruit and Jello mix in dessert or parfait dishes.
3. Chill.

Serve cold when set.

Yum! That sounds fantastic!! Have you ever happened to have tried it with low fat versions of sour cream? I was just curious if it would still set properly. Thanks for sharing, this is going on the menu next week for sure. 🙂

I haven’t tried the light sour cream yet, but I bought one just for trying this. lol Oh, and I used the sugar free Jello.
Let me know how yours turns out.
