How to feed my family for 200 a month

I signed up after reading the home page of your sight. I would love

information on how to feed my family for 200 a month. I have a family

of me, my husband, and our six your old child. We currently have a cat

and fish also. I normally spend close to 400 a month during the school

year for groceries and would love to learn how to save the extra money.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
