3 of your favorite chopped veggies (great to get rid of leftovers)
seasoning of choice
1 oz shredded cheese per person
brown and drain ground beef
Chop up veggies into small pcs
cook till veggies are desired texture
serve with cheese sprinkled on top
and sliced tomatoe’s or salad on the side
for seasoning … I have used (separately not together)
garlic, onion and chili powder
canned creamed soup … cream of mushroom, cream of chicken cream of celery etc
Can have rice cooked into it, or served on top of rice …

I have a quick recipe I learned years ago in Guides.
cup of rice, tin of peas, tin of Corned beef and a tin of tomato soup.
Cook rice as usual, in water, add broken up corned beef and drained peas, plus tin of soup. heat and eat.
Easy to pack and eat on the road or camping.
I like it ( Dh doesn’t like peas or tomato soup (: so I don’t make it any more.)
