1 1/2 cups bran
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 egg, beaten
Blend all together. Bake in greased or paper lined muffin tins at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes
