Mackerel Cat Munchies

Make your own homemade Mackerel Cat Munchies, delicious little morsels that your kitty will BEG for!

You’ll Need:
1/2 cup canned mackerel, drained
1 cup whole-grain bread crumbs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon brewer’s yeast, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mash the fish into tiny pieces using a fork, then add the beaten egg and brewers yeast, stirring. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Drop the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, about 1/4 of a teaspoon at a time. Alternatively you can make them quarter size and cut them as soon as the come out of the oven.

Bake for 8 minutes. Cool. These treats should be stored in a mason jar or other airtight container in the fridge.
