Microwave Dog Biscuits

1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup dry milk
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup shortening
1 tablespoon bouillon granules
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup hot water

Measure all into a bowl, mixing well to form soft dough. Roll out & cut into shapes with doggie cookie cutter. Cook in microwave at 50% power for 5 to 10 minutes, rotating plate.
Cool & Serve
