Eggshell Calcium Powder

Save your egg shells by washing them out immediately after using eggs. Store in a baggie in the fridge. When you have a dozen or so, bake the shells for 10 minutes at 350F. Place them in a blender and grind until the consistency of fine powder.

One whole Lg. eggshell = 1 tsp of powder, (approx 1,800 milligrams of calcium)
