Beefy Doggie Bones (Biscuits)

Beefy Doggie Bones (Biscuits)

3 eggs
3 tablespoons soy flour
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
3 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 6 tablespoon hot water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cups whole wheat flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a lg Mixing bowl, beat eggs, adding in all remaining ingredients except flour. Gradually add flour, working into a stiff, crumbly dough. (A kitchen-aid mixer works great, as will your hands!) Divide dough into two equal size balls. Roll out and cut into biscuits/ cookies with a doggie cookie cutter. Bake on greased cookie sheets for 25 minutes, Turn biscuits over bake 25 minutes longer on the other side. Cool before serving.
