If you’re suffering from arthritis here is a very simple bath salt/soak blend that will help to alleviate the discomfort and relieve inflammation. I created this particular blend for a friend who was suffering from severe arthritis in his fingers.

You’ll Need:
2 c. Epsom Salts
25 Drops Pure Juniper Essential Oil
5 Drops Vitamin E Oil

Mix the vitamin e in with the epsom salts, then add the juniper essential oil. Do not use fragrance oil as it doesn’t offer any therapeutic qualities and can easily irritate skin.

To use, pour contents under hot running water (into a tub or basin) and soak affected area for up to 30 minutes.

  1. Wonderful, i love the effects epsom salt has on the body and adding juniper oil is a good choice. I will definitely try it soon.
