This is a wonderful recipe to apply to a sore tired back after a long days work!!
- cold cream
- cinnamon powder
- cayenne pepper
- 15 drops camphor oil
- 5 drops Wintergreen oil
Combine the ingredients & rub on sore muscles. Adding the mint oil will provide a hot-and-cold effect, rather than just a warm sensation. Wipe off the excess after you’ve finished rubbing in the cream to avoid staining clothes. Store in a dark container away from direct sunlight, and this cream will last indefinitely.

i am gonna try this. i work out now and have been really sore. i will report back….
i’m going to play around with this recipe a bit. it has the potential to be a great massage oil/cream. i may even be able to make a stick form for spot treatment.
