Sports Cream Rub Recipe

This is a wonderful recipe to apply to a sore tired back after a long days work!!

  • cold cream
  • cinnamon powder
  • cayenne pepper
  • 15 drops camphor oil
  • 5 drops Wintergreen oil

Combine the ingredients & rub on sore muscles. Adding the mint oil will provide a hot-and-cold effect, rather than just a warm sensation. Wipe off the excess after you’ve finished rubbing in the cream to avoid staining clothes. Store in a dark container away from direct sunlight, and this cream will last indefinitely.

  1. i’m going to play around with this recipe a bit. it has the potential to be a great massage oil/cream. i may even be able to make a stick form for spot treatment.
