2 quarts water (boiled & Cooled)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
7 T sugar
1 packet Sugar-Free Kool-Aid
Mix the above ingredients well. Store in the refrigerator. (The kool aid is optional).
You can also MYO popsicles by freezing in tiny dixie cups with popsicle sticks.
Please note: It is very important for babies and children not to become dehydrated when they’re sick! Use instead of juice or milk for diarrhea, vomiting,& fever. This blend does not aggravate the tummy.
