Puffy Paints
2 T Flour
2 T. Salt
2 T. Water
1 T Tempera paint, any color
Dump all ingredients in a ziploc baggie. Squeeze and squish bag until completely blended.
When your ready to paint, simply cut a tiny bit of the corner off the baggie and squeeze (like thin frosting) onto heavy paper or cardboard.
When dry you will have hard puffy designs.
