Create your own Cooling Cinnamon Body Powder to help alleviate sticky heat rash.
This very simple remedy requires only 2 ingredients.
1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Mix together the cornstarch and cinnamon until well blended.
Sprinkle on skin to help alleviate heat rash.
Avoid overly sensitive body areas or any areas of broken skin (cuts/scratches,etc). A little goes a long way and this feels great.!
Works wonderfully & smells delicious.

i love cinnamon, would not have thought about adding it to my powder…wow!
i make this out of1/2 baking soda and 1/2 cornstarch. Feels great and helps keep me dry and fresh!
