1 c. white vinegar
1 gallon hot water
1 teaspoon ammonia

Combine all in a pail. Soak a clean cloth, wring, and scrub carpet with it.
Blot excess moisture with clean dry cloth.

  1. i have a commercial carpet cleaner. we have had lots of snow and the salt has been tracked inside on the carpets. will this bring back the color of the carpets?
