Potpourri Molds

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup salt
1 cup potpourri (old or new), cut finely
1/3 to 1/2 cup water
Cookie cutters (the kind you can push out the mold from the other side)

Combine all and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut with various design cookie cutters. Place on a wire rack to dry.
Hang with ribbons.
