Lacquer Finished Furniture Cleaner & Preserver
3/4 cup water
2 tea bags
Boil water, add tea bags, dunking them thoroughly. Place lid on pan and remove from heat. Cool Completely.
Carefully Remove any waxes and oils from lacquered pieces Drying thoroughly. Dip a terry cloth rag into cold tea and apply to furniture. DO NOT WIPE OFF. The tannic acid returns the lacquer to its original gloss.
As a reminder, NEVER wax lacquered pieces.
