For Cold Weather

3 tablespoons ammonia
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 drops blue food coloring
1/2 c. rubbing alcohol

Combine all & place in a spray bottle

  1. we just moved into an old farmhouse that sat vacant for nearly a year. there are some windows that no matter what we use, do not look clean. i’m going to give this solution a try.

    the blue food coloring…that’s just for the “windex” look right? it couldn’t possible contribute to the cleaning…
