1 T whiting
1 tsp Dawn dishwashing liquid
3 T baking soda
2 quarts warm water
Mix whiting and soda together. Using a damp cloth, dip in the powder mix and apply to dirty vinyl. Add the dawn to water and rinse the powder mix off.
