      Meatloaf

      2 pounds ground Beef
      1 pound mild Pork Sausage
      1 medium to large Onion, chopped
      1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
      1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers, crumbled fine
      2 Eggs
      1/2 pint jar of Tomato Sauce
      Salt, to taste
      Pepper to taste

      Grease a 9 x 11 inch baking pan. Put all the ingredients except the tomato sauce in the pan and mix well (with your hands). Smooth it out in the pan and poke holes in the top with your fingers.

      Pour the tomato sauce over the top and smooth it out with a spoon. Bake for 1 hour or until done at 400 degrees F. Enjoy!
