For those who are currently or have served in the military that may be around the St. Augustine area during the holidays, and also like golf, this may be right up your alley:
The World Golf Hall of Fame is saying thank you to all active, reserve and retired military by offering free admission to the Hall through the end of 2009. In addition, guests will receive one free round on the 18-hole putting course.
Free admission is valid for up to four dependents on the same visit and military identification must be presented upon entry. This offer does not include an IMAX film.A collaboration of 26 national and international golf organizations support the Hall of Fame, including the PGA Tour, LPGA, USGA, Augusta National, PGA of America, The European Tour and The R&A.The museum houses interactive exhibits and artifacts that tell the stories of its members and the game.
