1 tomato
1 tsp thyme, oregano or basil
3 tbs Parmesan
pinch of salt
Slice tomato in half, top to bottom, and cut out stem. Place halves cut side up on a baking sheet sprinkle with a bit of salt, herbs, and cheese. Bake for at 375 until cheese browns or about 10 minutes in a toaster oven.
