couple of pounds of top round steak and cut into serving size pieces and then pound with a meat hammer to make thinner. Dredge in seasoned flour and brown lightly.
Spray slow cooker w/ Pam
put meat in slow cooker then add

chopped carrots 1 cup
chopped onions 1/2 cup
tomatoes lg can chopped

put slow cooker on high for an hour than drop to low for 6 hours.
I like to serve this with mashed potatoes.
