I'm a low carb/pre-diabetic and find that it gets very expensive to 1) eat basically sugar free and very low carbohydrate 2) eat healthier overall

I have successfully completed the cabinets and refrigerator clean out and replaced staples with their much more expensive acceptable counterparts.

I found this site because of a Ravioli recipe. I want to make pasta out of low carb all purpose flour $$ I purchased. Looking for simple and easy recipes I can convert. Buying the flour and making my own baked goods, deserts, and other uses of white flour I can save myself a ton on prepackaged low carb $$$$ purchases. I've discovered flavor extracts (bought on sale) and am looking forward to again, making things myself to control the cost and the ingredients.
