Quick N Easy... My mom made this often when I was a kid.

Minute Rice & water in equal amounts (enough for a 1 cup cooked serving per person)
Raisins (at least 1/2 C per 4 servings)
Cinnamon sugar

Follow the box directions for cooking the rice, but add the raisins to the water before heating.

When the rice is done, serve in cereal or soup bowls, add milk as you would with boxed cold cereal, & sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
