Chicken fajita chili (last of it from the freezer)

Chicken tortellini soup with Parmesan (last of it from the freezer)

Ratatouille pasta stew (last of it from the freezer)

Southwest tomato soup (last of it from the freezer)

Steak sandwich, toasted tortilla, and avocado dip

Ceviche-style shrimp with leftover avocado dip and roasted potatoes

Baked fish, Gorgonzola-fig toast, and broccoli/cauliflower medly

had to make some room in the freezer for my bargains at the grocery store;-)
