rtebalt1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 Tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups Granny Smith apples, dicedCream margarine & sugar together. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together & add to cream mixture.
Add apples & pour into greased & floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 mintes.
