Pineapple Cheese Ball
2-8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 C. finely chopped green pepper
2 T. finely chopped onion
1 T. crazy mixed up salt
Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1/2 of the nuts, green pepper, onion and salt. Let chill.
Shape into ball and roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate over night.
