2 jars old english cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c sour cream
1 stick butter softened
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp caraway seed
mix everything together and chill. just before serving, fold in 3 to 4 chopped green onions. cut out the middle of a loaf of rye bread.
pour in the cheese dip and use the cut up middle pieces to dip with. I keep a second loaf of rye bread just in case we need to cut up a second loaf.
