balsamic vinaigrette
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs minced fresh garlic
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp apple juice concentrate
1. place ingredients in a small bowl.
2. whisk together and let sit for at least 15 min.

to allow flavors to meld.
3. toss with your favorite green salad or pasta salad.
