Jelly Jar Scents
2 cups of liquid potpourri
4 packages of Knox gelatin
pinch of salt
Heat 1 cup of the liquid to a boil, stir in the Knox gelatin and mix until
dissolved. Add the other cup of liquid at room temperature. Add a pinch of salt.
Pour into jelly jars or decorative bowls and cover with saran wrap. Put in the
fridge until set. They will last several months.
*Note* The pinch of salt is to keep it from molding.

Knox gelatin, is the make of gelatin, and I can use any kind of gelatin without taste, or is it a special kind of gelatin?

Knox gelitin is a clear, tasteless gelatin. We always have box (has several packs in it) in our cupboard. It isn't expensive.
