I am clueless how to say how much each meal cost because we grow or gather most of our own food. I’m dealing with severe food allergies and discovered GMO stuff is what I can’t have and with my husbands cancer we gave up meat and most of dairy. The doctor said it changes our bodies Ph and cancer can’t grow if we do this. We do eat meat on special occasions and occasionally have cheese with a meal.
Sunday Dec 14th: Sweet Potato Casserole with Crunchy Nut crumble on top. (oh my this was good!)
Monday Dec. 15th: Corn Fritters (will reheat some of our left over nachos and sweet potato casserole too)Tuesday Dec. 16th: Vegetable Alfredo (I have a full case of home made Alfredo sauce left over from my daughter wedding last year. Every few months I use another pint up.
Wednesday Dec 17th: Taco Salads made with black beans
Thursday Dec 18th: Grilled sandwiches & home made tomato soupFriday Dec. 19th: Noodles Romanoff
Saturday Dec 20th: Spiced Sweet Potato Gratin
