2 chicken leg quarters
8 oz stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter or margarine
Cook chicken, pick apart meat and set aside. Save broth. Melt butter and stir into stuffing.
Save about 1/2 cup of stuffing for top.
In a large baking dish, put a layer of 1/2 stuffing then a layer of 1/2 chicken, Mix mushroom soup with one can of broth and pour over chicken. Put another layer rest of stuffing and chicken then mix chicken soup with one can of broth and pour over chicken. Top with reserved stuffing.
Bake @350 degrees for 45 minutes tone hour.
