One 15 oz. can of corn
One 15 oz. can of cream style corn
One package Jiffy cornbread mix
One 1/4 lb.stick of butter (softened or melted)
One cup sour cream
One egg
One 8 oz. package shredded cheese (your choice)Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray or grease 8 inch square baking dish.
Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into prepared baking dish and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Place back in oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted, browned and bubbling.
Remove from oven and allow to cool 5-10 minutes.
Cut or scoop to serve and enjoy!
