Grape Dumplings:
1 gallon grape juice (Welchs is best)
Flour
6Tbsp sugar
place 4 cups flour in bowl add enough grape juice to make a workable dough about 11/2-2 cups.
Pour rest of grape juice in large pot on stove add sugar and heat to boil
Roll out dough on floured surface then cut into 1inch squares you may need to add more flour to be able to roll
Drop dumplings in boiling juice cook until dumplings begin to float and are down through and juice begins to thicken.
(I am used to making this in very large quantities by memory and feel so measurements may be slightly off)
Serve hot, good cold then next day
