celery sticks

This is a family tradition and may seem unusual to some people, but it isn’t Thanksgiving in our house without them. You will either love them or hate them.

You need:
celery
cream cheese
green olives with pimento

Mix a package of cream cheese with a little olive juice to taste. It needs to be a spreadable consistency. Chop up the olives into small pieces and add to the cream cheese and combine. There is no specific measurements here, it is all to personal taste. Stuff the mixture in the celery sticks and enjoy.
The cream cheese mixture is also good on sandwiches, crackers, etc…
