Newbie from PA

I saw post a page I follow on Facebook that had a link to something from this site. I was quickly sucked in. I spent several hours checking out all kinds of things on here.

Ok, so about me. I’m 37, married and from the Harrisburg, PA area. A lot of these money saving ideas will be going into effect in my household soon.

I’ve been trying to find ways to save money. I’ve tried extreme couponing but that was a disaster. I’ve tried other money saving tricks that have worked to varying degrees.

I’m a homemaker trying to make my hubby’s paycheck stretch as far as possible. I’m not able to work because of health issues. I want to get things into practice before we start a family.

I’m really excited about trying a lot of the things I’ve seen on here.
