Crockpot Chili Con Queso
1 lb. pkg Mexican or plain pasteurized process cheese spread
1-1/2 cups chunky salsa
4 oz can chopped green chiles or minced jalapenos, drained
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until cheese is melted, stirring twice during cooking. Remove the lid from the crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour longer, until mixture is hot.
