Peach Melba Smoothie
2 cups frozen unsweetened peaches
1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup nonfat milk
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!

This is something that all can enjoy year-round! When in season use the fresh fruits in the same equal amounts;-D I can have this for breakfast and drink the refrigerated second serving for a snack or lunch. Very filling and two ice cubes is all it takes to save it for a snack later. Or you can leave the second serving in the fridge (sealed, of course) for the following day...a good shake and it's ready to sip through a straw
