Apple-Sausage Oven Pancake
1 package (8 ounces) link sausages
1 cup Original Bisquick mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped peeled apple
Maple-flavored syrup1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.Brown sausages as directed on package.
2. Stir Bisquick, milk, cinnamon and egg until blended. Stir in apple.Pour into dish; arrange sausages on top.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Serve with syrup.I’ll make this recipe the night before and then re-heat in the oven in the morning at 350 for about 10 mins. - January 26, 2009 at 11:07 am #412444jaime
