How do you make fried creamed corn?

If it’s fresh corn you cut it off the cob and put it in a medium high skillet that has some butter in it. THe best purchased creamed corn is the frozen white corn it comes in a package that looks like sausage. You leave it alone and let it get kinda brown on one side when its brown just stir it up and let it get brown again until you have it the desired brownness. I use alot of butter and sometimes if the corn isn’t sweet enough I have been known to add sugar to it. Another tip is NEVER salt your corn while it’s cooking it will make it harder. If you salt it after it’s done cooking it stays tender. This is the only way the women in my family make corn it is sooooooo good !!!! Remember you gotta watch this while it’s cooking or it will stick.
