orange muffins
1 egg, beaten slightly
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp.salad oil
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c.chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
Combine first 4 ingredients.Add biscuit mix and beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Add marmalade and pecans. Grease muffin pans or line with paper baking cups.Fill 2/3 full. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
