Weis Markets, Inc., the Sunbury, PA-based supermarket chain with 162 stores, is recalling Weis Quality salads for possible Listeria contamination.

No illnesses have yet been associated with the recall, which Weis announced Monday on its Facebook page. The Weis brand salads are made by Milwaukee-based Garden Fresh Foods.

About 21,000 salads were purchased by Weis Club members from supermarket chain chain stores in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, West Virginia and Maryland. Members were notified by telephone.

The recall includes Weis creamy coleslaw, Weis original potato salad, Weis original macaroni salad, Weis potato with egg salad, Amish macaroni, Amish potato, Weis red potato salad, Weis old-fashioned coleslaw,Weis ham salad and Weis tuna salad.

Any of the recalled items can be returned to Weis stores for a full refund.
