1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbs margarine
1 (160z) can fat free refried beans
1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 (11oz) can Mexi-corn, drained
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 Tbs taco sauce
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Saute onions in margarine over medium heat until tender. Stir in beans, cheese & corn, stirring until cheese is melted. Add garlic & taco sauce.
Pour into serving bowl or chafing dish.
Top with green onions. Serve warm with chips.
(Can also be used as a stuffing for burritos.)
