Some good vegetarian sites are:
http://www.fatfreevegan.comI especially like this recipe from fatfreevegan.com:
https://www.fatfreevegan.com/pasta/quick.shtmland this one from fatfree.com:
https://www.fatfree.com/recipes/sauces/alfredo-sauce
You can add any veggies that sound good to you to the alfredo. I likebroccoli, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, and onions.
The first two sites are vegan, but you can sub dairy ingredients for
the non-dairy ones if you wish.https://www.fatfree.com/recipes/sauces/alfredo-sauce
Also, I like these lentil burgers:
https://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=7658.0I use brown lentils instead of the green ones called for in the recipe
because they’re more readily available. I’m sure you can use regular
eggs for the egg substitute if you wish. I like to add a littleWorcestershire and liquid smoke to these. Also, I find the
nutritional yeast unnecessary.
