GuestTo expand on the freezing idea, if your favorite recipe calls for a cup of
mashed bananas, freeze the banana right in the measuring cup…..then pop it
out of the cup & put it in wrap or a container, mark the amount, & put itback in the freezer. When you’re ready to bake, it’s all measured!
