      I should of mentioned, it was organic honey

      recommended by my allergist as the honey for you local

      area can prevent some outdoor allergies. I have been

      doing this myself for over 25 years after numerous

      reactions to outside things, and I love to garden, I

      went to my allergist and he stated in each area you

      live in, get the honey not bought in stores and from

      local reputable bee keepers
